The PlayStation Network superhero series Powers has been axed after just two seasons, creator Brian Michael Bendis announced on Twitter.
Despite the TV series coming to an end, Bendis confirmed that the original comic book series of Powers will continue its run with Marvel.
Powers takes place in a world where humans and superheroes have learned to coexist with one another, and focuses on Christian Walker, a former ‘Power’ who now forges a living as a homicide detective. The series premiered on PSN in March 2015 and returned with a second series earlier this year.
The series starred Sharlto Copley, Susan Heyward, Noah Taylor, and Olesya Rulin.
