Promise Mascot Agency is coming to PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One next year, developer Kaizen Game Works has announced. The game is billed as an open-world mascot management crime drama, and is being developed in collaboration with Ikumi Nakamura and Mai Mattori.
The action picks up as disgraced Yakuza lieutenant Michi is exiled to a cursed town, where he is tasked with turning a bankrupt mascot agency into a profitable enterprise. Michi isn’t alone however, as he’s aided by Pinky, a mascot and assistant manager.

The open world allows players to freely explore the forgotten Japanese town of Kaso-Machi in Michi’s run-down truck, which can be upgraded to your liking. There’s plenty of heroes to recruit and many people in need of your help, allowing you to earn some dough, experience and spread the name of the Promise Mascot Agency.
As we all know, mascots are living creatures that have coexisted with mankind since the dawn of history. Mascots have their own hopes, dreams, and desires and you’ll need to negotiate to recruit them. Some mascots want money, some want fame, some want a rice ball from the local convenience store and some want to see the entire world burn to ashes in glorious hellfire. Who will be your favorite?
Promise Mascot Agency is pencilled in for a 2025 release on PS5, PS4, PC, Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One.
