The monthly trio of free* games for PlayStation Plus Essential and higher tiered members for August 2024 have been revealed.
Beginning next week on August 6, 2024 players with at least the PS Plus Essential membership will be able to add LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, Five Nights At Freddy’s: Security Breach and Ender Lillies: Quietus Of The Knights to their game libraries.
If you’re already looking forward to Star Wars: Outlaws later in August, then jumping into LEGO Star Wars might just be the perfect thing to tide you over until Outlaws arrives.
Metroidvania fans can hop into Ender Lillies for a solid 2D-action-platforming experience and horror fans can step into the haunted halls of Freddy Fazbear’s Mega Pizzaplex to see if they can survive their post as a security guard.
All together it’s a strong bunch of games, and happy news for PS4 players that none of these games are PS5-only, so no need to feel shortchanged on your monthly games for being behind a console generation.
