Nippon Ichi Software posted its first gameplay video for PlayStation Vita-exclusive htoL#NiQ: Hotaru no Nikki, or Firefly’s Diary, an upcoming puzzle platformer filled with intrigue and fantasy.
Set in the year 9999, you play as Hotaru, a firefly that aids a young girl named Mion in her quest to recover her lost memories. Awoken from her slumber at the bottom of an abandoned ruin, the duo will work together in summiting the wreckage and in reaching the outside world.
htoL#NiQ: Hotaru no Nikki is scheduled to release exclusively in Japan on June 19, 2014. Localization in other territories has yet to be confirmed.
