Battlefield 3’s expansion packs will be exclusive to PlayStation 3 for one week upon release, DICE junior product manager Tommy Rydling has revealed.
The timed-exclusivity will commence with Back to Karkland, a DLC pack which also forms part of a pre-order incentive for the much-anticipated military shooter.
However, punters who opted not to plonk down their cash early for the game will have to purchase the DLC separately later this year.
Battlefield 3 is due out on PS3, PC and Xbox 360 on October 25, 2011.
