Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) boss Jack Tretton announced during the company’s E3 press conference today that the PlayStation 3’s userbase shot up by 40 percent last year.
Tretton also revealed that retail sales across Latin America nearly tripled, with the firm anticipating more than $750,000 USD in sales from the region this year.
