Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has taken to the PlayStation Blog to unveil yet another exclusive PlayStation 4 bundle, this time featuring a copy of Capcom’s hotly anticipated Street Fighter V.
Following on from yesterday’s unveiling of a Far Cry Primal pack, this latest hardware bundle offers a 1TB Jet Black PS4 console, a matching DualShock 4 pad, plus a copy of the upcoming fighting game sequel.
The bundle will be made available day-and-date with Street Fighter V when it launches on PS4 and PC on February 16. Check out a shot of the packaging art below.
Street Fighter V will remain a console-exclusive to PS4 indefinitely, with series overlord, Yoshinori Ono, suggesting that Xbox One owners should save up for a PS4 if they want to play the game. It also seems that Capcom has a five-year plan in store for the upcoming brawler, although details on this have yet to be confirmed.
The game will feature 16 characters out of the box with more to be rolled out throughout the rest of the year. Capcom has attracted criticism for eschewing some fan favorites including Blanka and Sagat, although Ono-san has attempted to offer explanation for their absence.
Interestingly, the box art for Street Fighter V will debut a new PS4 Console Exclusive branding in the upper right corner of the packaging.
