The release various former Xbox exclusive titles on the PS5 has obviously paid off well for Microsoft by this latest chart data, and follows on the success of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, which was the best-selling title in the US for its debut week back in April.
The PS5 was originally released back in November 2020 during the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Stock sold out almost immediately, although due to a shortage of components due to the COVID-19 situation, fresh stock was few and far between, with scalpers taking advantage of the situation until things finally normalised some two years later.
