PSN games, cards removed from Amazon

It seems as though Amazon.com is no longer selling PlayStation Network games, or $20/$50 redeemable cards, as pointed out by PSN Stores.

Traditionally, buyers were able to purchase official codes for PSN games online, and then redeem them on their respective PS3s. That no longer seems to be the case, as Amazon has listed all PlayStation Network offerings as “currently unavailable.”

“We have no announcements regarding this change in selection, however we can confirm that Amazon Digital Video Game Downloads is not currently offering PlayStation Network Online Game Codes and Points Cards,” said Amazon PR.

No word on why this is happening, but stay tuned to PSU for more on this development.
