Sony’s Jack Tretton has been singing the praises of the PSP at today’s E3 press conference, confirming that the global install base for the platform currently stands at a whopping 50 million.
Tretton said that PSP bundle offerings such as the upcoming Rock Band Unplugged bundle have helped to drive sales over the last year and there’s no signs of that slowing.
Sony is to continue its PSP push with more bundles this year including a new Hannah Montana bundle, featuring a lilac PSP.
