Best First-Person Shooter Game – Battlefield 6
2025 was always going to be a major year for first-person shooters, least of all because of the epic dustup between Battlefield 6 and Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. Throw in some other top contenders like DOOM: The Dark Ages and newcomer Atomfall, and you have quite a diverse mix of great first-person shooters competing for your cash. EA’s military shooter ultimately picked up our gong for Best FPS though, representing hugely successful and much-needed return to form for the legendary franchise.
