Ubisoft today announced the long-awaited Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege will launch worldwide on October 13, 2015.
The grounded, tactical first-person shooter will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC and beta access for later this year is awarded to those who pre-order the game.
And when it comes to buying Rainbow Six Siege for those in Europe, you have a decision to make there are three additional special editions announced:
The Art of Siege Edition, which packs the full game with a collector’s box, an all-weapons gold skin pack, and a 120 page Tactical Guide filled with details and stats.
The Gold Edition includes the full game plus the season pass.
For those that want it all, there’s the very limited Ubisoft Uplay Shop-exclusive Tactical Elite Edition that bundles the Art of Siege Edition with the season pass.
Details on North America’s special editions are to be revealed at a later date.
Rainbow Six Siege marks the return of the Tom Clancy’s signature game franchise and features teamwork-focused multiplayer filled with a variety of weapons and tools at players disposal. It is the first Rainbow Six to use Ubisoft’s AnvilNext engine, allowing for high-quality visuals and features such as destructible environments.
