Ratchet & Clank review roundup: the dynamic duo shine on PS4

Insomniac Games’ dynamic duo Ratchet & Clank make their long-awaited PlayStation 4 debut with the eponymous reboot this week, which has been neatly timed to coincide with the launch of the movie adaptation in cinemas. Boasting sumptuous visuals and a modern control scheme to bring the venerated platform franchise bang up to date, Ratchet & Clank tells an origins story of the lovable pair, as well as adding a few other bits and bobs that weren’t seen in the original 2002 outing.
