The PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of Rayman: Legends will be released on February 12, one week earlier than originally planned, Ubisoft has announced.
Rayman Legends on next-generation systems benefits from several advancements, including upgraded visuals and shorter loading times. Furthermore, exclusive costumes will be available for each platform, including the Assassin Ray for PS4.
PS4 owners will also be able to take advantage of the DualShock 4’s touchpad for various actions, such as scratching Lucky Tickets. Remote Play compatibility is also offered, as is the ability to show off your skills via the Share button.
Rayman Legends was originally reported to be a Wii U-exclusive, but was delayed in order for developer Ubisoft Montpellier to pump out a PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita and Xbox 360 version, too. The game eventually saw release last September.
