Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption has been slapped with an 18-age rating certificate in the UK by the BBFC, reports CVG.
Unsurprisingly, the Wild West shooter isn’t something you’d want your kids to see, and contains “very strong language and strong violence". Further details revealed by the ESRB earlier this week confirms the use of drugs, sexual content, as well as "language such as ‘f**k,’ ‘c*nt,’ and ‘sh*t’”
Of course, that doesn’t stop it from looking mighty impressive. For those out of the loop, Red Dead Redemption is an open-ended romp through the Wild West during the early 1900s, featuring dusty frontier towns and precarious mountain pathways. Expect real-time weather effects, gunslingers, heaps of indigenous wildlife and intense shoot outs.
