THQ’s revealed that a playable teaser of Red Faction: Armageddon will be released on PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Marketplace on May 3.
The demo puts gamers in the shoes of Darius Mason as you go about the task of navigating a Martian sewer complex and battling an alien infestation.
Players will be able to get their mitts on the Nano Forge, a device which features a Reconstruction function allowing users to destroy and rebuild parts of the environment. Also present is the Magnet Gun, which allows you to pick up and lob entire buildings.
Red Faction: Armageddon is due for release on PlayStation 3, PC and Xbox 360 on June 3.
