Remedy has spilled a few new details on its upcoming collaboration with Epic Games during the company’s latest earnings call.
According to the Alan Wake creator, the new project is targeting a release on consoles and PC, and is fully funded by Epic Games. It’s obviously a pretty major title too, as there’s going to be a “significant marketing investment” in the mystery game, although Remedy will have full ownership of the IP.

It’s still early days yet at this point, so there’s no release date or even a name doing the rounds right now. Still, it’s good to get a few details all the same.
Remedy sadly doesn’t seem to be willing to revisit the Alan Wake IP anytime soon, which is a shame as they’re now back in possession of the IP. At the very least, we expected them to remaster the 2010 horror classic for modern consoles.
