Capcom announced during its spotlight event yesterday evening that the Resident Evil 4 Remake demo is now available to download for PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
The demo itself is comprised of an early section of the game where Leon S. Kennedy battle against hordes of Los Ganados in the village square. This also features the appearance of the Chainsaw Villager, so good luck attempting to take him down.
Best of all, there’s no time limit to this demo, so you are free to explore the area while you battle against the blood-thirsty inhabitants.
Resident Evil 4 Remake is due for release on March 24, 2023 for PS5, PS4, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. The game is a full overhaul of the original 2005 version of Shinji Mikami’s action-horror classic, which went on to influence countless third-person action games and completely reimagined the Resident Evil series by switching to an over-the-shoulder perspective and ditching the zombies.
Capcom previously revealed that the dodgy rain effects seen in previous screenshots and videos would be patched in a day one update.
