Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will be released in the U.S. on March 20, 2012, Capcom has announced.
The zombie squaddie-based shooter was originally pencilled in for a late 2011 release, though was pushed back into early 2012 some months ago.
Capcom also confirmed a number of pre-order incentives for the game. Those of you who plonk down the cash early at GameStop, Amazon or Best Buy will bag some new clobber for each of the game’s six playable characters.
Furthermore, two bonus weapons will also be available if you pre-order the game, which vary depending on the above retailers.
Lastly, a Special Edition of Operation Raccoon City will also be released, containing the game, a Steelbook featuring exclusive art, an Umbrella Security Service embroided patch, Spec Ops Field Unit patch plus all eight bonus weapons featured in the above pre-order schemes
