Resident Evil Revelations 2 leaked online again, this time with images

A sequel to Resident Evil Revelations could be on the cards according to leaked screenshots on Xbox.com.

French site Gamer in a Box apparently grabbed the images, which included the Xbox 360 box art, before they were taken offline.

Capcom responded to IGN about the leak simply stating that it "has made no announcements."

This isn’t the first time that Resident Evil Revelations 2 has appeared online. Back in July, Videoigr.net listed the sequel with placeholders for the PS3, PS4 and Xbox One versions.

In the PS3 version of Resident Evil Revelations, PSU noted in its review that it was “a superb return to form for the franchise, sadly let down by sluggish character movement and awkward combat.”

Capcom has recently announced that the original Resident Evil is set to be remastered for PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, but it’s now looking increasingly likely that Capcom also has a brand new episode in the survival-horror series saga up its sleeves.
