Housemarque has posted a mysterious teaser for Returnal on Twitter ahead of the game’s third anniversary tomorrow, although right now it’s anyone’s guess as to what it has up its sleeve.

Naturally people are speculating as to what Housemarque is planning tomorrow, with everything from DLC, Returnal 2, to a book or other tie-in. We’ll just have to wait and see, but probably best not to get your hopes up for anything too dramatic, just in case.
Returnal was released for PS5 on April 30, 2021 and like many major PS5-exclusives the past few years was also ported to the PC, which arrived in February 2023. In May last year, Housemarque revealed that it had reached 110 employees at the company as it turned its attention to its new PS5 game, which still remains under wraps.
