WayForward has announced that River City Girls 2 will be released on December 15, 2022 for PS4, PS5, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One.
River City Girls 2 picks up right after the events of its 2019 predecessor, and offers more of what you loved about the original game, with extra characters, four-player co-op, new moves, fresh enemies to duff up and an expanded game world to explore. New characters including Double Dragon’s Marian and Rive City: Ransom Underground’s Provie, who join returning brawlers Misako, Kyoko, Kunio and Riki.
River City is packed full of multiple routes and secrets to uncover thanks to an expanded world, and players can hold two recruits at once to aid you in battle. Meanwhile, you’ll also brush shoulders with tons of new NPCs, complete with some “surprise cameos.”
River City Girls is due out on PS4, PS5, PC, Switch, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox One on December 15.
