RoboCop: Rogue City is getting a sequel of sorts in what publisher Nacon and developed Teyon are calling a “standalone expansion” titled RoboCop: Rogue City – Unfinished Business.
Teyon isn’t calling this RoboCop: Rogue City 2, and from the trailer it doesn’t look like an entirely new game, which makes it seem like Unfinished Business is going to sit somewhere in the Spider-Man: Miles Morales or Uncharted: Lost Legacy category of sequel.
Unfinished Business sees RoboCop take down an army of mercenaries that have taken over Detroit’s Omni Tower. It’ll include new weapons, finishing moves, and as the story weaves and winds through flashbacks, players will be able to step out of the metallic boots of RoboCop and into the shoes of Alex Murphy.
Announced during the Nacon Connect March 2025 showcase, we can expect to see Unfinished Business arrive on PS5 sometime during Summer 2025, but no specific release date beyond that was provided.
What we did get was a trailer for the Rogue City follow-up, which included plenty of gameplay showing off what’s new in this expansion.
