Music simulation title Rocksmith 2014 is heading to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, if a listing on the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) is to be believed.
The ratings body lists the guitar-powered romp for Sony and Microsoft’s latest home consoles, though an official announcement from Ubisoft has yet to be issued at the time of writing (via CVG).
To date, only the PlayStation 3, PC, Mac, and Xbox 360 versions have been confirmed.
The PS4 and Xbox One versions of the upcoming title, due out on October 22 in the U.S. and October 25 in Europe, have also showed up on retailer Zavvi.
Rocksmith 2014 is a follow-up to the original game released two years ago, and includes a host of new additions, such as Automatic Tone Switching, Articulation, Timing, and Instant Riff Repeater.
Those of you who own the original game can also import all of the 2012 title’s 57 tracks over to Rocksmith 2014—for a small fee, that is.
