Rockstar Games has announced the acquisition of Video Games Deluxe, a studio that has had experience with a number of key titles including L.A. Noire: The VR Case Files and Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition among others. The acquisition means the outfit will now operate under Rockstar Australia.
Given their experience with the GTA Trilogy, we can speculate at this point that more remasters of previous Rockstar Games titles could be on the horizon, possibly the likes of Grand Theft Auto IV or Red Dead Redemption. That’s ju us being hopeful though; nothing has been announced other than the studio’s acquisition.
