It appears that Rockstar, the developer behind Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption, is once again looking to expand its horizons. A couple recent job listings over at Gamasutra – spotted by G4 – signify that the company is preparing for future development on the PSP, DS, and Wii platforms.
Apparently, the company is seeking a couple physics programmers to work on unannounced titles for the platforms mentioned above, as well as the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Unfortunately, no other details have been released so far. Seeing as Grand Theft Auto titles already exist on handhelds, it’s not a stretch to imagine another one is in the works.
Of course, Rockstar does have access to a few other properties including Manhunt, Bully, and Table Tennis. What game would you like to see the talented team make for the PSP?
