Rockstar Games has unveiled the next major expansion for Grand Theft Auto Online, Smuggler’s Run, which begins rolling out on August 29.

This latest expansion for the popular online crime saga places emphasis on air assets, offering new business opportunities and implementing a host of new planes, choppers, and ultralights to utilise to transport your ill-gotten goods across Los Santos and Blaine County.
Furthermore, the new aircraft are fully customisable and can be stored in brand new aircraft hangars, which double as your HQ allowing you to manage your smuggling business. You won’t need to worry about your new flying machines either; mechanic Charlie will take care of your prized collection while you’re away on business.
That’s not all either. Starting this fall, GTA Online will buff its stunt racing shenanigans, where “new and strategically placed checkpoints will instantly change your vehicle class to match the portion of the course ahead, creating dynamic racing with ever shifting challenges to take the checkered flag…”
Rockstar added: “Enjoy a fleet of new aircraft along with a suite of customization options for these aerial additions. There will also be a few new four wheeled vehicles as well – plus new competitive Adversary Modes and of course timely holiday celebrations including fun new stuff for Halloween, the December Holidays and more.”
Earlier this week Rockstar released the latest GTA Online update, which added a new vehicle plus a host of discounts.
