Rumor: Bethesda working on Oblivion sequel

The chaps at Eurogamer Denmark have caught wind that Bethesda is currently working on a direct sequel to The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.

Details are sketchy at present, though the website’s source revealed that voice actors on the project will begin recording dialogue in the coming weeks, and that the game will apparently feature the “Dragon Lord” and “The Blades.”

Oblivion was released back in 2006 for 360 and PC, before making the jump to Sony’s PlayStation 3 the following year. As for a potential follow-up, Bethesda has been heavily rumored to be working on an Elder Scrolls V for quite some time now, though the project has never been formally announced.
