A report on RegHardware is claiming that Sony’s in the process of “quietly testing” a new redesign for PlayStation Network.
According to the report, the revamp will “transform the online environment into a more image-driven layout along the lines of Xbox Lie and Steam.”
Furthermore, game and movie listings on the PlayStation Store will be given a database-esque makeover in a similar vein to website IMDB, with a new ‘deals of the week’ initiative also planned.
In terms of a colour scheme, it would appear that Sony has decided to scrap the current Blue design in favour of incorporating “ultra-bright colours on a black background.”
