According to the chaps at CVG, Sony is planning on lifting the lid on two new PlayStation 3 bundles at E3 this week, which will apparently come packaged with PlayStation Move.
The two new SKUs – a 500GB and a 250GB machine – will both come bundled with Sony’s fancy new wand-waggling Move peripheral in addition to featuring faster internal Wi-Fi cards, allowing for a more pleasant online experience. Both bundles are due for release later this year.
CVG’s source is quoted saying: “I don’t know about prices, but their strategy is quite smart," adding, "With a super high-end and a less high-end approach, Move could almost become a success by stealth."
With Sony’s E3 press conference set to kick off tomorrow, we won’t have long to wait to see if they deliver the goods. Stay tuned.
