Gameplayer is claiming that Japanese publishing giant Square Enix will be announcing three new titles prior to E3 early next month, two of which will be released for multiple consoles.
Why unveil the games before rather than at the show, you ask? Simple – Square will not be holding a press conference at the Los Angeles-based event, presumably as a result of the company’s decision to limit its attendance at the show as a result of the outbreak of Swine Flu.
Details on the mystery titles are understandably sketchy right now, though whatever the company has up its sleeve is surely to be worth the wait. Stay tuned for more info as it breaks.
