The latest issue of Famitsu has revealed that the folks at Bethesda are planning a surprise announcement for E3, with Internet gossips believing this to be none other than The Elder Scrolls V.
The magazine describes Bethesda’s surprise plans as ‘secret’, though given that we haven’t seen a new entry in the Elder Scrolls franchise since 2006’s Oblivion, it isn’t too much of a stretch of the imagination to hope the company has a fifth instalment up its sleeves.
On the flip side, PR boss Pete Hines previously said that the firm had no plans to announce anything at the Los Angeles-based event, and the game didn’t show up on the company’s E3 line-up announced earlier this week.
