Credible Marvel leaker DanielRPK has claimed that a movie based on PS4’s hugely successful Bloodborne is in the works, with a script reportedly being penned by Darren Lemke.
For those unaware, Lemke has writing credits on the likes of Goosebumps, Shazam!, and Gemini Man, and is supposedly lending his talents to the Bloodborne film. Beyond that, the movie is reportedly being produced by Lorenzo di Bonaventura, who has previously worked on G.I. Joe and the Transformers franchise.
Nothing official has been announced by Sony yet so take this with a hefty dose of salt, but to be fair, DanielRPK does have solid track record when it comes to leaks, so we’ll give this the benefit of the doubt for now.
Bloodborne was released for the PS4 back in March 2015 and ranks as one of the best PlayStation console games of all time. Sadly, a sequel has never materialised, nor has a full-blown remaster ever seen the light of day for the PS5. Still, we live in hope!
