Bungie is reportedly in the early stages of development on Destiny 3, according to Colony Deals, a well-known dataminer and leaker on the franchise.
Writing in a post on X, the tipster claimed that Destiny 3 is in “extremely early development,” having previously reported on a number of accurate leaks on Destiny and Marathon in the past. No further details on Destiny 3 are available at this point, but given that it’s so early in production, that’s not surprising.
Yes, Destiny 3 is in extremely early development. Some of you may have seen a tweet early this afternoon that mentioned that. We have been sitting on the info for a few weeks now and wanted to wait to talk about this seeing as it is in such an early state, and it just sucks to see others post about it carelessly for free internet points. We plan to share more info in the coming months as we wait on the larger scale things to develop and take shape. Sit tight.

Next in line is Renegades, which is due in December 2025, with Year Nine: Shattered Cycle and The Alchemist scheduled to arrive in summer and winter 2026, respectively.
