Rumour – Monster Hunter Wilds Release Targeting Q1 2025

Capcom is planning to launch Monster Hunter Wilds in the first quarter of 2025, according to insider Dusk Golem, who is widely known for their Resident Evil-related leaks.

Speaking on Discord, Dusk Golem claimed that they are in possession of a lot of ‘major’ details about the game, and reckons that even Grand Theft Auto 6 is unlikely to get Capcom to change their release scheduled for Monster Hunter Wilds (GTA 6 is reportedly out in early 2025 too).

They have been working on it since early 2019, in some capacity. [Monster Hunter] World director had complete freedom, pretty much no questions asked. A lot of the scrapped ideas from World are here, they brought back the big Godzilla monster too. Yes, it’s fully open world. That was their idea from day one apparently, the entire game revolves around it, from story to endgame.
