Pandemic Studios, the developer behind the popular Mercenaries franchise, is rumoured to be working on a videogame adaptation of Batman’s The Dark Knight Returns series.
Reports that Pandemic had acquired the rights to The Dark Knight licence cropped up on the Internet in May last year.
More recently, IGN reported that the company is indeed working on a Batman title, although the article has since been removed (Kotaku, however, did spy the article before it was taken down and assert that the game is indeed in development)
As of yet, we have yet to receive any concrete information on the project, including what platform(s) the title will appear on.
