Sony Europe has moved to reassure racing fanatics that Gran Turismo 5’s recent delay will be a “short one.”
The company announced Wednesday that the eagerly anticipated PlayStation 3-exclusive sequel had been pushed back from its original release target of early November to an unspecified date “this holiday season.”
“There are numerous reasons why we need a little more time, but I’m not going to go into them,” a SCEE rep told the chaps at Kotaku. “What matters is that the delay will be a short one and the game will live up to expectations.”
The firm previously said that a new date should be with us by the end of the month. Stay tuned for more info as we get it.
