Well this was a lovely surprise. Announced by an emotional Tim Miller (Deadpool), Secret Level is an animated anthology from the same folks that brought us the absolutely excellent Love, Death & Robots anthologies on Netflix.
The kicker however, is that Secret Level very much plays into Miller’s love for videogames and each of the stories is from a variety of different games and properties which includes but doesn’t seem limited to:
- Armored Core
- Concord
- Crossfire
- Dungeons & Dragons
- Exodus
- Honor of Kings
- Mega Man
- New World: Aeternum
- PAC-MAN,
- PlayStation Studios games,
- Sifu,
