SEGA has revealed via a teaser website that it will be lifting the lid on PlayStation 3 brawler Yakuza 4 on September 24 – the same day that this year’s Tokyo Game Show kicks off.
Brief details on the sequel were previously uncovered by IGN earlier this summer via Japan’s Famitsu magazine, though at the time it was unknown as to when the title would be properly unveiled to the gaming public.
Unfortunately, the chances of Yakuza 4 making it over to western shores are pretty slim, given that the third installment has yet to receive a U.S. or European release after poor sales of the first two games. Better start brushing up on your Japanese, then.
Stay tuned.
