Unbound, the studio formed by Resident Evil creator Shinji Mikami, has been fully acquired by Stellar Blade developer Shift Up.
The acquisition will see Unbound development team fully integrated within Shift Up and the studio is also handling publishing duties for Unbound’s upcoming title. Unbound is currently developing original console and PC IPs that will target a global audience.
Speaking on the acquisition, Hyung-Tae Kim, CEO of Shift Up, commented:
