Konami has announced that Silent Hill f has reached two million in shipments and digital sales worldwide as of April 22, 2026.
The psychological horror title was released in September 2025 for PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S, and part of Konami’s long-term plan to revive the franchise, coming off the back of Bloober Team’s highly successful Silent Hill 2 Remake. This year will see the release of the next instalment in the series in the form of Silent Hill Townfall.
Unlike the previous Silent Hill games, Silent Hill f doesn’t actually take place in the eponymous, fog-bound town, but rather is set in the secluded location of Ebisugaoka, Japan in the 1960s. The game follows Shimizu Hinako as her home town is consumed by a mysterious fog, transforming the town into a twisted nightmare full of grotesque creatures and brain-teasing riddles.
