Konami has announced that the Silent Hill HD Collection will be released on January 24, 2012 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
In addition, the firm also pegged PlayStation Vita offering Silent Hill: Book of Memories for a February release, the same month that Sony’s new handheld hits the U.S. and Europe.
Finally, the recently-delayed Silent Hill: Downpour will be released in March, though no specific date was given.
The Silent Hill HD Collection offers revamped ports of Silent Hill 2 and Silent Hill 3, while Book of Memories is an all-new multiplayer title eschewing the psychological/horror elements in favour of co-op action.
Downpour, meanwhile, is the next canonical chapter in the long-running franchise, and sees players assuming control of escaped convict Murphy Pendleton as he finds himself trapped in the south-eastern region of the fog-bound town.
