Skyforge update 1.03 has rolled out on PS4 today, and there appears to have been a fair few enhancements, including the ability to use a special photo mode.
Skyforge is a free-to-play MMO that is currently in its PS4 beta phase. Based on our gameplay impressions it shows great potential as long as the developer continues to support it over the long term. Judging by this recent patch, it’s looking good.

Client stability fixes
- Made changes to the Cathedral and Tower of Knowledge

Cathedral
- Reworked the progression of the Cathedral’s development
- You can now carry out rituals in the Cathedral to attract new followers which increases your might
- There is a certain chance that a ritual will provide a temporary bonus for 1 day
- In squad and region adventures, you can now encounter various mortals who need help. If you rescue them, you will gain new followers
Tower of Knowledge
- Reworked the progression and development of the Tower of Knowledge
- You can now conduct research
- When you conduct research, there is a certain chance that you will receive a prototype that can be used to gain a temporary bonus for 1 adventure
Photo Mode
- Added functionality to make screenshots using a special Photo Mode (R3).
Quest Interface
- Redesigned the Quests interface
- Added quest categories that can be minimized or expanded as needed
