New details regarding the PlayStation 3 release of Sniper: Ghost Warrior have emerged today, revealing that the game will be receiving the limited edition treatment, with the inclusion of DLC exclusive to the PS3.
The Limited Edition will be sold exclusively at GameStop, and it will include:
* One Shot-One Kill’ DLC – gives players the option to annihilate their enemies at various points in the singleplayer campaign, enabling players to:
– Shoot through almost any object (including houses and solid cover)
– Inflict intense damage on enemies when players fire at them, giving gamers that true “one shot – one kill” experience
– Experience super steady shots, as the scope of your weapon does not float
– Achieve pinpoint accuracy with perfect weapon consistency.
The edition also includes:
* Exclusive ‘Sniper Stories’ book
* Official Sniper: Ghost Warrior dog tag
* Sniper: Ghost Warrior poster
* Limited-edition Sniper: Ghost Warrior production artwork postcards
Besides from the Limited Edition, the PS3 iteration is said to be sporting updated visuals and gameplay, as well as new content in both singleplayer and multiplayer modes.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior is set for release on June 28th, 2011.
