Well, it looks like Jeff Grubb was on the money, as Sony has officially announced after weeks of speculation that State of Play is returning on May 30, 2024.
The latest State of Play broadcast will last over 30 minutes and promises updates on 14 titles spanning PS5 & PSVR 2, as well as news on upcoming PlayStation Studios projects for this year. State of Play May 2024 will take place at 3.00pm PST/6.00pm EST/11.00pm BST.

As always, you’ll be able to watch the latest State of Play on a variety of channels including YouTUbe, Twitch, and TikTok.
In regards to possible titles, it has previously been suggested that Silent Hill 2 Remake will be there, although it’s worth noting that Konami is also hosting its Silent Hill Transmission event at the same time as State of Play. We may also get a PC version of God of War Ragnarok announced, as it’s reportedly set to be revealed ‘very soon,’ according to billbil-kun.
