Sony has told PSU.com that it is aware of the group chat issues plaguing PlayStation 4 users, and confirmed an investigation into the matter is underway.
“We are aware of the cases and we appreciate your patience while we investigate,” said Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE), in an email to PSU.
Yesterday reports emerged that a PS4 user had experienced issues with the group chat service, who was unable to contribute or delete anything within the chat session. He was then forced to reinitialize his console, much to the user’s dismay.
