As if you couldn’t have guessed, Sony have confirmed their attendance at this year’s Tokyo Games Show, along with a host of other companies that promise the usual weird spectacle. We’re shuddering at the Cosplay thoughts already.
Most of the major players are there, but we’ve also got the likes of ‘Enzyme Testing Labs’, ‘Costy’ and the Netherlands Foreign Trade Agency to deal with, along with the customary appearance of toy companies such as Toymaster and Tomy.
TGS has gradually diversified over the years to take into account a wide range of game-related entertainment sectors, resulting in a somewhat baffling melting pot of different cultures vying for attention – but we love it.
