Sony has confirmed it will be hosting a live stream event for God of War: Ascension today at 8 a.m. PST (4 p.m. BST).
The event will be hosted by game director Todd Papy, and will be available to view via the EU PlayStation Blog.
No further details are known at this point, but it has been heavily speculated that the first gameplay footage of Ascension will be shown during the stream.
God of War: Ascension was unveiled earlier this month, and takes the form of a prequel depicting the events prior to Kratos becoming the ‘Ghost of Sparta.’ The game is due out exclusively on PlayStation 3 in spring 2013.
