Sony is remaining tight lipped as to whether or not there are any plans in the pipeline to release a PlayStation 3 Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 hardware bundle following the announcement of an Xbox 360 pack earlier today.
Microsoft revealed this morning that a special 250GB Modern Warfare 2 360 bundle would be released alongside the hotly anticipated shooter on November 10, priced at a wallet-draining $399 USD. However, a Sony UK spokesperson informed website MCV that “we’ve not made any announcements about bundle packs, but will let you know should that change.”
Rumors cropped up last week that a 250GB PS3 bundle is on the cards for a late 2009 release, which will apparently include a choice of games ranging from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves to Gran Turismo 5.
