According to an MVP invite that has been doing the rounds on NeoGAF (via Powerupgaming), Sony will be hosting a special PlayStation event in New York City next month.
Taking place on Friday 13 (let’s hope Sony isn’t superstitious, eh?) at NYC’s Gotham Hall, the event will support the launch of ‘a new PlayStation initiative.’
Celebrity guests will be there to mingle with lucky attendees, although that’s about all we know so far.
However, with Sony recently announcing Spotify on PlayStation, there’s a good chance the event will pertain to this new service, or possibly something that the company is keeping under wraps at present. PS4 Slim? We can dream.
